I am selling my vintage 1977 Volkswagen Transporter with a 2.0 fuel injected engine, all original interior. She was repainted recently and it looks great. Also recently replaced fuel lines, 5 cooper cobra tires, hubcaps, windshield wiper motor, clutch cable, full exhaust, full tune up (plugs and wires), ignition, starter, alternator, and the underbody has been undercoated. In 2007 she received a new kenwood stereo (satellite ready),4 speakers 2 pioneers in the front doors and 2 infinity in the back and it sounds really good, we also replaced all the wires. She is beautiful and looking for a good home. It is a great daily driver! The factory AC is still intact and looks really good we lack just a few parts to get it running. It also has the rare Eberspacher BN4 heater for back seat heat. The heater boxes are in pretty good shape as well. It has 80000 miles and I believe they are original. I have most of the receipts for everything I have done. Daisy took 2nd last year at the Tulsa's Volkswagen show. If you have any questions please just ask. We hate to sell this beautiful bus but we just bought a 77 Hightop. We are looking for her a good home because she was our first bus. I also have the factory radio that came in it with all of it's markings it works. One key work for all of the locks, even the engine lid. Serious buyers only! This bus has never been in any accident. Clean title in hand.

From the Floor Pan Man - Are you beginning to see patches of daylight below in your VW floor. Is the road zipping by as you drive? If you haven’t noticed these things, it is because you haven’t gotten up close and personal with your floor pans. You may want to poke around with a screwdriver along the underside of the pans and heater channels, and on the inside you will need to lift up some carpet and old insulation boards that can and do hide a lot of rust holes. You want to stop the rust before it spreads to the heater channels where it can get really expensive real fast. If you see some early signs of rust, bring your VW to the Floor Pan Man at Bixby Beetles (phone 814-2392) for a free inspection and assessment of repairs. We can do full as well as partial pan repairs. We will remove the old pan and heater channels if necessary, clean up the corroded area, and chemically treat to stop rust and prevent further rust. We then install new heavy- duty pans that have been professionally sprayed with 3 coats of epoxy primer and paint. The pans are then sprayed with 4 coats of durable undercoating to a minimum 18 mills thickness. From there, they are mig welded in place and all seams are sealed with 3M professional seam sealer. We also do bed liner style coatings on the pan bottom and wheel wells in your choice of colors or to match the body finish. These will be the last pans your VW will ever need as we guarantee them for the life of the car and warranty is also transferable to the next owner. Tom Imes, Bixby Beetles, phone 918-366-4575. We also have seat covers for air cooled bugs and Karmann Ghias.
